Contract concepts

BIS Production Partner has developed various contract concepts. We have entrepreneur concepts that cover total responsibility based on levels agreed upon in advance for:

• Total maintenance costs
• Uptime (available for production equipment)
• HES level

We also have single contracts based on fixed, agreed total price (contract costs) or compatible@ unit and/or hourly rates.

Contract flexibility

BIS Production Partner is flexible in regard to the form of contract. We offer EPC contracts in all skilled trades. The contract can also be established for certain phases of your project. The contracts can be based on the following:

• Fixed price in regard to standard technical specification and solution
• Service specifications
• Incentive agreements
• Hourly-rate based agreements
• Unit prices

Planned shutdown

BIS Production Partner has also developed a separate concept for planning and implementation of larger revision stops. This is particularly effective when a total stop is required for all or parts of the plant that is to be revised.
BIS carries out revision stop verifications both before and after a stop.
