Project Partner
BIS Production Partner undertakes total contracts for process plant and other types of contracts (EPC contracts). This also includes projecting based on the customer’s own specifications, such as equipment, material and installation up until the complete installation of the contract has been accomplished. Total contracts are carried out based on the customer’s own specifications.
BIS Production Partner can also assist in the preparation of specifications. The plant is built within an existing plant, or is delivered as an independent unit. BIS Production Partner will act as the “producer” and has responsibility for the conformity declaration and CE-marking.
The project’s stages
An EPC contract is organised as a normal project with a project manager who reports to the customer’s own representative. Our project manager is accompanied by qualified personnel who are responsible for the different phases of the total contract. The total contract’s stages involve:
- Project management
- Detail projecting
- Procurement (enquiry, offer assessment and ordering)
- Manufacture/building/execution (plan of operation, quality assurance plan, documentation)
- Installation (including MC) and delivery
- Completion with agreed documentation
