BIS Production Partner IFS Entrepreneur builds, operates and maintains all types of industrial buildings. We take on full responsibility for building, technical inspection and all aspects of maintenance and operation of the building afterwards. When the building has played out its role, we can take responsibility for the demolition process.
BIS Production Partner IFS Entrepreneur is a supplier of services and projects in Building and FDVUS that supplies everything from resources to projects and total contracts.

Product areas
BIS Production Partner IFS Entrepreneur has five product areas; building management, FDV (management, operation and maintenance), road and ground, caretaker, and demolition.
Building management
BIS Production Partner IFS Entrepreneur undertakes conversion projects. We can be your cooperating partner for smaller-scale building and plant/installation jobs, and we can be your total entreprenør for building of larger-scale industrial buildings.
FDV
We offer to manage, operate and maintain industrial buildings and plant/installations. In that we have been and are responsible for operation and maintenance of buildings at Norway’s biggest industrial park for many years, we have built up unique expertise on industrial buildings, wharf installations and infrastructure.
We can take on parts of or the entire job of leasing out industrial buildings. An agreed dividend provides a profit without the builder having to use time and resources on this.
BIS Production Partner IFS Entrepreneur also carries out fire-technical evaluation and fireproofing, and offers valuation services. We can supply fire and entry guards. A close cooperation with other divisions in BIS IFS, means that at a moment’s notice we can mobilise a large contingent of personnel when required.
Road and ground
BIS Production Partner IFS Entrepreneur carries out road/ground work. This section has highly qualified expertise ranging from planning and projecting to inspection of the completed work.
Caretaker
Our experienced, qualified caretakers can undertake part or all of the job of following up caretaker tasks in your building.
Demolition
BIS Production Partner IFS Entrepreneur can undertake responsibility for demolition projects from planning to completely cleared plant/installation area.
