At BIS Production Partner IFS Park Services you get all the support services concentrated in one place. Regardless of what kind of service, or how extensive the service may be, you only need to ring one place and speak to one person. All our services can be selected individually, or as integrated package solutions tailored to the customer’s requirements. We are ISO-9000 certified and work continually on further developing services in cooperation with our customers.
Canteens and catering
BIS Production Partner IFS Park Services currently runs six canteens in Grenland. We tailor our canteen services accordingly to demand and enquiry. In addition to traditional canteen operation, we offer a number of flexible catering concepts that include everything from delivery of meeting and overtime food, to organising of larger events such as conferences and jubilees. We take tremendous pride in offering good service, positive attitudes and a high degree of flexibility. A swift response time to enquiries and punctual deliveries are among our most important goals. We also have our own works depot and laundry that washes and repairs work clothing.
Staff temping support
Staff temping support involves that we in shorter or longer periods can assist with providing our customers with qualified personnel. This offer applies to smaller tasks such as individual transport assignments, to fixed, foreseeable services over time. Expertise, considerable flexibility and focus on quality and HES, makes our offer of staff temping support a secure, very-much-in-demand service.
Garage, carwash and equipment hire
BIS Production Partner IFS Park Services operates a public, authorised garage that among other things carries out diagnosis tests, service on ventilation systems and EU control (EU warrants of fitness) on vehicles up to 3500 kg. We also have our own carwash with a number of different programmes. We also have hire of private automobiles and vans, car trailers, wheel loaders and trucks, as well as hire of lifts and all types of tools and other equipment.
Park Service
BIS Production Partner IFS Park Service offers transport of goods, delivery and collection of standard mail, transport, disposal of waste, sale of industrial and engine oils, chimney sweep service, snow clearing, maintenance of park areas and cleaning. Lab Services and goods depot
Lab services and goods depot
Lab Services offers a wide variety of services that support laboratory work and research activities. Our aim is to make this simple and cost-saving for customers to gain access to what is needed of chemicals and requisites for operating their own lab and research activity. goods depot is a terminal for distribution of goods and products in and out of the industry park. Our aim is to quality assure the flow of goods in and out of the park. We receive, check and register goods that come in. For goods to be dispatched from the park we ensure issue of the necessary dispatch documents for both express dispatches and hazardous goods dispatches. We have agreements with a wide range of transporters
Reception desk/switchboard
The reception desk and switchboard is the customer’s first meeting with the Industrial Park. Our objective is to make this a positive experience for everyone. We answer all enquiries on the spot, or convey the question to the right contact person in the Industry Park. Our personnel are well versed with the Industry Park’s diversity, potential and services.
