BIS Production Partner carries out maintenance and rehabilitation services for industrial and commercial buildings. We also have contracts in connection with new constructions, major conversions and Norwegian hydroelectric power plants.
Maintenance and rehabilitation of existing buildings
BIS Production Partner has considerable experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial and other commercial buildings. We plan and carry out maintenance in close cooperation with our customers. In addition to purely maintenance tasks, we also plan and carry out rehabilitation of existing buildings and plants/facilities.
BIS Production Partner also undertakes demolition of existing buildings as a single contract, or as a segment of a total contract.
Modification and new plant/facility
BIS Production Partner has engineers who have been approved by a central authority for the right to accept responsibility pursuant to the Planning and Building Act § 98a. If you prefer only one contact point for your building venture we can arrange:
- The necessary application papers for the public authorities
- Coordinating of all contracts in connection with the project, own contracts and any contracts from other entrepreneurs
