"Short creteing"
With larger plants we can employ “Short creteing” – a method of installation that enables injection of self-floating low cement injection moulding compound.
The advantages of this method are:
- More effective installation (5 - 10 times quicker than with traditional casting /injection)
- More efficient handling of material (3 - 5 metric tons per hour)
- Reduced ‘time-out’ for equipment if there is a halt in operation
BIS Production Partner is also a prominent supplier of maintenance services for incinerators.
Fireproofing services workshop
BIS Production Partner has its own fireproofing services workshop in Porsgrunn. Prefabrication of fireproof details takes place here that are delivered fully tempered. The equipment also includes modern casting equipment that enables complete quality assurance of casting details.
Production consists of, among other things, elements for plant on shore and on board vessels. In cooperation with our workshop units (mechanical, electro, automation and building) we can also take on total contracts for such plants.
Machinery and equipment
BIS Production Partner has complete mobile containers with equipment for installation direct into your business. We also have the necessary equipment for “short-creteing” (injection moulding).
