BIS Production Partner carries out projecting, production and maintenance of fireproof installations in petrochemical industry. We are also a prominent dealer in fireproof materials in Norway.
BIS Production Partner’s engagement in fireproof installations for the petrochemical industry is concentrated in two main areas; ethylene and ammonia.
Ethylene
We carry out daily fireproof maintenance that involves the following production equipment:
- Ethylene crackers, low flare
- VCM crackers, combustion chambers and columns
- Diverse acid-proof installations
We also carry out total fireproof installations of crackers.
Ammonia
BIS Production Partner has developed a separate concept for fireproof linings in ammonia plant and supplies total contracts for such plants. We also supply inspection services and work management across the globe.
Machinery and equipment
BIS Production Partner has machinery and equipment that are essential to carrying out fireproof maintenance and installation. This includes:
- Demolition machinery for dismantling
- Stone saws, mixing machines and rigging equipment for installation
Fireproof workshop
BIS Production Partner has its own fireproofing services workshop in Porsgrunn. Prefabrication of fireproof details takes place here that are delivered fully tempered. The equipment also includes modern casting equipment that enables complete quality assurance of casting details. Production consists of, among others, combustion stones for cracker ovens.
