Rotating machinery

BIS Production Partners unique experience with online remote monitoring means that we can follow up our customers’ rotating equipment anywhere in the world.

BIS Production Partner provides advice on purchasing, operation, installation and maintenance of rotating machinery. Through an extensive, long-term working relationship with our customers, we have been given a unique opportunity to develop the "best practice" for monitoring, operation and maintenance of rotating equipment. It is this experience we place at your disposal.

Monitoring and condition check

We carry out monitoring and condition checks of most types of rotating equipment. Our operators are able to remote monitor the machinery “on-line” where instrumentation allows this. Through frequency and trend analyses we are able to warn of possible operating problems before they emerge.
The condition check can include the following:

  • Vibration analysis
  • Oil analysis
  • Capacity testing
  • Testing of pump limits (”Surge”)
  • Thermodynamic analysis
  • Condition check of electrical motors
  • Gauging of electrical discharge

Project participation

BIS Production Partner can also contribute towards the preparation and implementation of projects that concern rotating machinery. This involves among others:

  • Project managers and planners
  • Compressor and turbine mechanics
  • Personnel from cooperating equipment manufacturers

The advantages gained from working in a network are many:
