BIS Production Partner carry out machining jobs that meet the overwhelming majority of requirements and customer demands. Our workshops have a machinery park that consists of computer-controlled and conventional machines. We carry out work tasks in connection with service and maintenance, prefabrication and series production.
BIS Production Partner’s machining workshops carry out work tasks in connection with (among others):

Our workshops house the latest machinery and equipment that cover the majority of customer requirements. Through organised network collaboration we are able to undertake all types of work tasks in mechanical workshop services.

- Conventional grinder: D1200/L1000
- CNC-controlled lathes – various sizes – biggest machine: D1050/L4000/20tonn
- Conventional lathes – various sizes – biggest machine: D1000/L5000/13 tonne
- CNC-controlled and conventional milling – various sizes – biggest machine: X4200/Y2000/Z3800
- Drill machinery in various sizes – biggest machine: X4000/Y2000/Z2300/W700
- Surface grinders and cylindrical grinders: Precision +/-0,002mm
- Multi-operation machine: Mazak IG 400. Length: 1500. Dia over sidewall/string: ø760. Dia spindle pipe: ø100. Rotating tool spindle.
- Machining centre Mazak Nexus 510. L1050, B500. 4 axise.
