BIS Production Partner carries out prefabrication and installation of pipes and equipment in thermo and thermoset plastic, or a combination of these. Our deliveries also include dual-laminates.
BIS Production Partner undertakes work tasks in accordance with criteria and specifications for:

Thermoset plastic
- Preliminary preparation of equipment based on templates, structures or similar
- Prefabrication and maintenance of pipe systems
- Repair and maintenance of existing process plant
- Vacuum bagging (moulding of thermoset plastic under vacuum and high temperature)
- Inspection of composite pipes

Thermoplastic
- Prefabrication and installation of pipe systems such as exclusively thermoplastic set-ups or in combination with thermoset plastic, for example GRP in combination with PP, PVC, PVDF, PE or FEP
- Pre-insulated pipe system
Machinery, equipment and working environment
Work with thermoset plastic and thermoplastic sets substantial demands on the working environment and equipment. BIS Production Partner has modern equipment and specially-built stripper cassettes adapted to demanding work situations.
All relevant plastic treatment equipment can handle work thicknesses up to a diameter of 4 metres, with a length of 10 metres.

Our engineers have years of experience in preparing and executing work tasks dealing with different kinds of plastics.
We have plastics mechanics with relevant certificates in the specialised areas of:
- TI (thermoplastic curving)
- NPE, OLF, FPI (wavin)
