Rubberising
BIS Production Partner carries out coating tasks with hard and soft rubber as protection against corrosion and wear and tear.
Besides “fresh rubberising” we carry out repairs with rubber coatings and repair pastes.
The work process consists of:
- Blast cleaning with sand, steel or glass. Glass blasting is particularly suitable in valve renovation. This results in a more even and finer surface
- Rubberising in separate autoclave.
BIS Production Partner also carries out vulcanisation directly at your plant/facility by:
- Hot water vulcanisation
- Self-vulcanisation
Typical contracts are coating of pipes and tanks for process plant and other industry.
Machinery and equipment
BIS Production Partner has its own vulcanisation autoclave; diameter 1.48 metres, length 9.1 metres. In connection with inspection of this activity we also have thickness gauges and spark testing equipment.
