Sheet metal/pipe and weld
BIS Production Partner carries out service and maintenance on all types of sheet metal and pipe constructions. We also supply new plant and constructions for industry and power stations.
BIS Production Partner workshops carry out service, maintenance, repairs and new building of:
- Process plant
- Steel constructions
- Tanks and containers
We also undertake jobs in industrial piping and certified welding.
For power plants our deliveries include:
- Hatches, gates, doorways and pipes in watercourse
- Auxiliary plant for cooling and draining
BIS Production Partner also undertakes corrosion treatment of these constructions in connection with maintenance and new building.
Machinery and equipment
At our workshops we have a modern machinery park that includes the following:
- CNC-controlled cutting machines. Biggest machine: 3000mm x 8000mm
- Sheet metal shears - various sizes – biggest machine: T-16mm L-3000mm
- Sheet metal shears - various sizes – biggest machine: T- 20mm L- 3000mm
- Edge breaker – various sizes – biggest machine (CNC-controlled) : 300 tonne/L 3000
- Stamping machine/press:100 tonne
Our specialist workshops have the use of a central installation for both air and welding gases. BIS Production Partner has its own workshop for high-alloy materials. Through organised network cooperation internally and externally we are able to take on all types of work assignments in sheet metal/pipe and welding.
Expertise
Our engineers and certified operators have long experience in preparing and implementing work assignments in sheet metal work, industrial piping and welding. BIS Production Partner also has certified welders with special knowledge of high-alloy materials, including Ni and Ni alloys. Our engineering competence also includes welding management IWE. We work closely with our customers to find the best possible solution in each instance.
